Catering

• Drinks are prepared in our shop and served in standard medium (16 oz) or large (22 oz) cups, individually pre-sealed with fixed sugar and ice levels as agreed upon.

• Appropriate amount of individually packed wood-fiber straws will be provided

• Recommended to limiting the menu to 3-4 types of tea for efficiency and consistency.

• Orders need to be placed a minimum of 4-5 days in advance to ensure availability.

• Pick-Up: At our shop during regular business hours.

• Delivery: Available for an additional fee, with the first 5 miles free (fee calculated based on distance)

​Pricing: Based on our standard menu prices and the quantity and items selected. 

• Our team of tea baristas prepare pre-selected drinks (limited to 2-3 options with fixed sugar and ice levels) on-site.

• Will come to the venue with all ingredients and assemble all drinks at once. Before leaving, we will provide straws and signage. We will assist in the set-up, but general booth operations during service, clean-up and break-down will be managed by you.

Drinks are served in either:

• 8 oz Taster-Size: Suitable for events where guests may want to sample multiple drinks; typically we experience 50-60% of guests come back for seconds or thirds. 200-210 cups.

• 12 oz Party-Size: More substantial, with fewer guests returning for refills. 160-170 cups.

Pricing: Starting at $1,800

• A premium experience with our tea baristas creating drinks on-site to order, offering a tailored menu with much larger/border/flexible selection of drink selection and customization for guests on sugar, ice levels, and milk alternatives. Beverage quantity will also be generally unlimited for the 2-hour of service. 

• Drinks are served in 8 oz Taster-Size or 12 oz Party-Size, tailored to your preferences.

• Full service will include booth set-up, drink service for 2-hours, cleanup, and load-out. Extension of the 2-hour service will be charged at $150/hour.
